Typically we wish to see the property as soon as possible and from there we will submit an offer within 1-3 days. Once the offer has been made you are under no obligation. If you decide to accept the offer we should be able to close within 7 days (longer if you wish) depending on your individual situation.
Our service is absolutely free. We buy houses without any fees to the seller. You will never pay anything to get an offer from us, and there’s absolutely no obligation to accept the offer.
If you do opt to list your house with one of our licensed professionals then any commission will be agreed upon in writing before the listing is submitted. In this case, no fees or commissions will be required unless we sell your house.

Filling out the home information form takes less than 2 minutes, and it is transmitted to our office instantly. We will contact you in less than one business day, and if it is suitable for both parties, you can usually close in 7 days or less.
All of our transactions are handled through a third party Escrow Company. We will never ask you to pay us anything, nor do we write any checks to the seller directly. All funds due to you at closing we be paid to you directly from the Escrow Company with secured funds via wire transfer or cashiers check.
Your information is for our internal use only to determine how best to find a quick way to buy your house. We never provide your information to anyone else or solicit you ourselves without your permission. The only email you’ll get from us is a follow-up to see how everything went and what you thought about the home buyer and agent services.
